If you receive a 144 Collection bag that is damaged or defective, you may return it for repair or exchange within 7 days of receiving it. We will reimburse your return shipping, repair or exchange the item and ship it back to you as soon as possible, free of charge. The only exception to this policy is clearance items. Clearance items are sold as-is.
