SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Domestic Orders: Please allow 3-7 days for delivery. All 144 Collection handbags are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Clutches, wristlets, makeup bags, coin purses, leather pouches and baby gifts are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. We will provide you with the shipping and tracking information via email.
International Orders: Please allow 7-30 days for delivery depending on the country. All 144 Collection handbags are shipped Global Priority Mail with tracking. Clutch purses, wristlets, makeup bags, coin purses, leather pouches and baby gifts are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail with a customs number provided.

RETURN POLICY
If you receive a 144 Collection bag that is damaged or defective, you may return it for repair or exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at info [!at] 144collection.com for return address and authorization information. We will reimburse your return shipping, repair or exchange the item and ship it back to you as soon as possible, free of charge. The only exception to this policy is clearance items. Clearance items are sold as-is.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please inspect all products upon receipt because absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made after 14 days. Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable for returned or exchanged items.
