Your Privacy
We are committed to ensuring your privacy as a customer. We neither sell nor share your information with outside
companies or third parties.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction. We collect applicable tax for New York residents. Your initial on-
line confirmation receipt will  reflect sales tax and will also be documented on the receipt you receive with your order.

Shipping
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise specified) and all orders are shipped USPS Priority
mail (2-3 business days delivery). You should receive your order within 7 business days of the placement of your order, this
included shipping and processing time frames. Should you desire alternative shipping methods, such as overnight
shipping, please let us know in the “comments” section of your order confirmation page and we will contact you for the
details and additional charges information.

Returns/ Exchanges
If you receive a 144 Collection bag that is defective in any way (unless it was damaged by the postal service), you may
return it for repair or exchange within 7 days of receiving it. We will reimburse your return shipping, repair or exchange the
bag and ship it back to you as soon as possible, free of charge. The only exception to this policy is clearance items.
Clearance items are sold as-is.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving
it. Please inspect all products upon receipt because absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made after 7 days. Please
remember that shipping charges are not refundable.

Guidelines for returned merchandise

Returned merchandise is your responsibility until it safely reaches us.

To protect your return, package your shipment using similar materials to original packing in order to prevent damage. Once
we receive the product in good and saleable condition, showing no signs of wear, with all original tags in place, we will
issue a full refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the purchase/or ship the new product if the
transaction is an exchange, minus the shipping charges.

All products must be in original packaging and must not have been used.
